tomorrow i begin the journey........

  • well i am gonna start tomorrow i just hope i do everything right.....i gonna need a lot of support............and if anyone needs support i can be there for you too......im new to this and still learning......well i weigh 260 and want to get to 135 and i know that is probably gonna take a while but i am willing to try.......if anyone can give me some tips that would be really great.......so hope to talk to yall sooon...........and good luck to us all

    I just wondered what type of low-carb plan you are planning to follow. I know that it probably seems like you have a lot of weight to lose right now but believe me, you can do it!

    I started off at 248 pounds and I am now down to 215. (I follow the Protein Power Plan). My goal weight is 140 pounds.

    My best advice to you is to be sure to get your water in every day!

    This way of eating has changed my life. I am happier, healthier, and thinner.
    Don't make the same mistakes that I did for so long. On program.. off program... on program... off.....you get the idea.
    Make a decision to follow this program no matter what!!!!
    Even then you may still have slips... but you are less likely to if you make a committment to follow the instructions.

Just one day at a time....... (sometimes just one hour). This is a great place to be so start talking and get to loseing...... Yea Buggs.....

    Your water intake is extremely important. And make sure you really know your plan (which one btw?) Let the plan work for you and not you working your plan!
