When I am the only woman on the iron side of the gym who is actually lifting heavy weight. Sometimes I'm the only woman on that side of the gym. Every time I go to the gym (every day) I'm the only woman lifting more than 15lbs. Last night they were there, one even had 3lbs weights doing bicep curls, oh the humanity!!! Ever had that feeling? You just want to shout :WHAT ARE YOU DOING GIRL? PICK UP THAT WEIGHT, DON'T BE AFRAID!!!! BTW:
Bench press: 95lbs
Squat: 145lbs
So yeah I feel a little weird racking my weights. I know I shouldn't but I do sometimes. Anywho gonna do it anyway!
