Hey everyone! My name is Amber and I've definately been having trouble losing alot of weight. I gained nearly 40 pounds while on the Depo shot. And now that I'm not on it anymore I want to lose the weight! So, I hope I get to talk to some great people!

Good luck in losing that weight! Do you have a plan to follow? There is a lot of information on this site about different approaches you could try. One important thing is to be physically active in some way--exercise, walking, biking, and so on. Makes a big difference in your fat-burning.
