Just curious. Does anyone have an issue with no alcohol? I'm not a huge drinker, but my husband and I enjoy wine and will hang out talking over a glass or two a couple times of week.
I love the detox foods. I love veggies, brown rice, egg whites etc...I'm ok on fruits, but I miss an occasional glass of wine!


My personal advice would be to see how you do. If you are in p2 and try a glass or two a week and you still lose weight at a rate that works for you, then you are doing well
