New attitude food thread

  • Well Well ladies....
    COME ON........... Join me............ Lets lose this weight together!!!!
    Lets keep track together................ and keep spreading those

    (this is a sugar buster day)

    Well here is my food intake today so far

    Breakfast-
    bowl of uncle Sams cereal
    skim milk
    100%grape juice box
    1/2 pear

    snack- 7 reduced fat triscuits and 3 tsp bean dip

    lunch- 1 lemon pepper baked fish fillet (Gortons)
    1 can spinach

    snack- turkey and cheese squares

    supper 1 piece baked lemon pepper chicken and a can of spinach

    late night snack- grapes or butter popcorn =( not alot)

    ok guys ..... REMEMBER...
    One day at a time ...and this COULD be your day The ball is in your court so make the best play you can and your a winner every time
  • Tuesday Menu
    Well guys, I am so proud of how the exercise thread is getting responce...Lets try to get the menu thread red hot too I know we can do it, We just have to put our heart into it!

    Breakfast - 2 eggs and a slice of cheese

    snack- 1/2 100% juice box and 1 serving orange

    lunch- Mexican (2 middles of tacos) and refried beans (no shell or chips )

    snack- none

    supper- not sure (at mother in laws)

    snack- pear and a sf cocoa

    Well here is todays ....


    Breakfast- 2 eggs and a slice of WW bread with all fruit spread

    Lunch- chicken salad with ranch dressing

    snack- 1 slice toast, and a few black bean chips, and 1/2 an atkins bar

    Supper- homeade chili and beef hotdogs

    snack- sf chocolate cheesecake ( no crust)
