wow has it been a while since I've last been on this website!
2/17 was my last visit day
and here I am almost two months later and 10 pounds heavier
(i need to adjust my tracker)
i hate myself for allowing those 10 pounds to come back on but I have no one to blame but myself because ive been EATING nonstop. I mean I'm full but I keep eating and eating and eating and eating and hating myself for it.
I also havent been to the gym in about a month. I still have my membership though.
Ladies (and gentlemen) please support me and help me get back on the bandwagon!

and even though you haven't been doing so well, just take it as an opportunity to come back stronger. good luck!!!
