  • Yesterday I went to a meeting at lunch and stayed on plan and away from the greasy pizza they had. I wasn't even tempted I had my sandwich and was happy!

    B: SF Instant Oatmeal ... I will resist the temptations of dounuts or bagels and OJ at the morning meeting I have to go to!
    L: Chicken Salad Sandwich (2 slices wheat bread, chicken, light mircale whip), green pepper strips
    D:??? Going grocory shopping with my sister. I'll pick up something to make for dinner there (since I promised her food if she took me shopping).
    S: Depends on dinner

    WO: Walking to school .6 miles| crunches

    Water 3-4 Liters
  • Way to go on staying away from the pizza - you're much stronger than me! Pizza is my weakness.

    B - Fuji apple, 1 slice whole grain toast w/ I Cant Believe it's not butter

    L - 4 oz leftover turkey breast, 1 c wild rice

    S - Oreo 100 calorie snack bar

    D - grilled chicken breast, roasted asparagus, 1/2 c wild rice and small salad

    W - 2L

    E - 45 min on elliptical
  • B: tomato juice, berries, toast and cheese slice
    S: pear and plum
    L: salad-mixed greens, chicken, tomato, avocado, black beans, mushrooms and ranch dressing, orange
    D: veggie pita wrap, apple
    S: carrots
