Never in the mood to eat??

  • Since I've started trying to lose weight...it seems all my cravings and even hunger has just gone away. Nothing sounds good to me and I'm rarely even hungry. When I do sit down to eat, my stomach starts to ache and I usually end up being sick.

    Anyone know whats going on here?

    what kinds of things are you sitting down to eat? I know I don't have to tell you this, but just a reminder: you gotta eat. most importantly for your health- secondly, for your weight loss goals. you won't lose if you don't eat, and you run a risk of falling off the wagon in a big way.

    have you been sick lately? maybe just try ot start with something light- a piece of fruit and some whole wheat pita, or pita and hummus, or a little yogurt or something. raw veggies like snap peas and cucumbers could be good too- not a whole lot to them.

  • As far as WHAT I'm eating...just taking this past weekend into consideration - I had a pimento cheese sandwich, a few frozen dinners (Lean Cuisine type things), a grilled chicken salad, etc. I'm sticking to low-cal and common sense foods...but nothing tastes or sounds good and my stomach just cramps and cramps with whatever I put in it. I just ate a granola bar here at work and I'm hoping it goes over well.

    I think my body is just in shock with all the activity I'm putting it through here lately
