Planning for Wednesday,March 14

  • B-1C frozen berries,banana
    S-hard boiled egg
    L-Veggie Quesedilla(veggies, lowfat cheese, 2 low cal tortillas, ff sour cream and salsa) and a salad
    S-cheese string and some crackers
    D-making pulled BBQ pork sandwiches, not really lowcalorie, but I can have 2 and still be in calorie range, and salad w/ light dressing
    S-popcorn
    Water-3.5L
    Exercize-after Im done of breakfast and get the baby dressed we are going for a walk, it was nice out yesterday and we went on some of the trails we have around here, so we will probably do that again, it was really muddy, but, a good workout since its really hilly.
  • b - I am really starving so I decided to eat lunch for breakfast, but this rigatoni tastes really.....weird...i don't think it's good anymore, so Ima eat a bagel w/ cream cheese

    l - strawberries, banana, topped with yogurt and sprinkled w/ 1/2 c kashi

    s - grapes

    d - baked chicken, lots of veggies (romaine, bell peppers,tomatoes, steamed broccoli)

    e - already did 30 min on treadmill (at 12:00am this morning...got in a fight with the bf and worked out my frustrations at the gym!!!) planning to do another 20 mins or so of strength

  • B- cucumber, turkey pepperoni; mini bagel with smoked salmon cream cheese sliced chicken and tomoato... thinking i might have a mini orange or two as well - and and having some coffee and irish cream

    L- asian salad with cut up salmon burger

    D- chicken
    W- 4-5L
    E- already did 35 min

    D~shrimp and steamed vegetables (and a margarita--going out to dinner)
  • B: English Muffin w/ .5tbsp butter, grape jelly, Americano, Shredded Wheat w/ nonfat milk
    S: Small bowl of Raisin Bran w/ nonfat milk
    L: Chicken Noodle Soup, String Cheese, Apple
    S: Edamame, grapes
    D: Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad

    E: 1hr yoga
