I am so grateful for all the support on this website and forum. I finally added a weight tracker to my signature, which I consider to be the first commitment. I have actually posted weight and goals and now have something to be make me accountable. I have been out of work for the last two weeks and have gained an astounding 10 pounds!! It's amazing how quickly weight gets put on isn't it? I have been depressed which hasn't helped, but today thanks to journaling and the support here, I am finally ready to continue my journey of healthier living. I have been overweight for 11 years now (since I was pregnant with my first) and have been unhappy (to say the least) about it ever since. Before my first pregnancy I weighed 101 and could fit into size 2 jeans. While I know I was a lot younger then and don't have an unrealistic goal set, I have to work to reach my goal. I have been inspired by all of you and hope we can all reach our goals together. (Weight loss goals and other personal goals as well).

Being out of work makes it really hard to stay on a diet. I couldn't wait to get back to work so I could stablize my eating and get back to drinking enough water. It was horrible while I was out, I just couldn't get the water in and was grazing on stuff all day.
. I to have been battling my weight since my first pregancy, darn kids they'll ruin you body and your mind, he, he he. I am obsessed with food and what I should look like and feel like but I can't accomplish my goal and I feel like a failure daily, and it's a continuing vicious cycle for me. I think I need support so lets stick it out .Good Luck
