hey everybody is doing the elliptical trainer, I see. And we're getting one in our work gym soon. I'm so excited!

I love the elliptical, its a quick workout and if you go backwards its good for your butt.
I wouldn´t use the calorie counter as the gospel truth, but I seem to work up quite the sweat.
