WW Online Tools

  • Hello Everyone! I was just wondering if anyone uses the WW online tools and if they like them or not. I recently signed up for the monthly pass thing because it is cheaper to do it that way per week and because I like the online tool idea. Does anyone use it? and if they do, do they find it helpful to weight loss?
  • I use mine regularly. I like the recipe review board and the food board the most. Ask anything and someone there will have the anwser.
    I stopped tracking my food on-line because I kept forgetting what I ate so I just us my old paper jpurnal.
  • I love the journal and recipe search but I rarely use he recipe builder because there is a flaw in it that caps the fiber at 4 gms for the entire recipe and not per serving.
  • I hated the online version. If you search the forum you'll find this question and the opinions of lots of people It's a popular topic.
  • I absolutly love it! It is so easy, you can input everything. Most stuff it has and the calculator is great too. I wouldnt go back to meetings. I feel like it holds me accountable. I Came from LA Weightloss online. And this one is better so easy to use. Write down your stuff during the day or keep the lables or just inpute it a couple times aday.
  • I only use parts of it, but I do like what I use! I track my weight and progress online. I also use the points finder once in a while, and the recipe builder occassionally. I track my food/points in the journals offered by WW for several reasons. I like to be able to glance at it on the kitchen counter and see where I am for the day, but I also keep other notes on there. I write the day of the week at the top because I have different schedules on different days of the week, and that way at a glance I can see why I maybe didn't eat breakfast one day or something like that. I also jot my exercise down on the bottom of the page for the day, and any extra notes that I may want to remember if I had a week where I didn't lose as much as normal, like so-and-so's birthday party, TOM, etc. In the front of the book I do still track my weight loss progress, even though I also do that online.
  • I was using it, but my free membership ran out - and now i am having major difficulty getting signed up again, which is relaly annoying me, because i LOVED the e-tools!
