Almost on to Phase 2

  • Hello, everyone!

    I am 2 days away from completing my first phase and for the most part I am happy with my progress (I haven't broken down) but I don't FEEL like I have lost anything.

    What is the most or least that any of you have lost? And was it with or without the commitment of the exercise component.

    Great job on getting to day 7! I lost 6 lbs on detox the first time. I am on day 6 now. I decided to go back to detox after gaining during the holidays and losing my will power during January. I didn't exercise the first time I did detox. I have exercised some this time... but probably not as much as I should have.

  • I lost 16 pounds doing the 9 days of detox. I did do 2 hours of cardio 6 days a week as well. Burning approx 1,300-1,600 calories in each session.

    Remember it's not a diet but a lifestyle change. You don't need to do 2 hours a day to see results. Start with a walk after dinner and build from there!

  • Hello I lost, 7 lbs the first time, but did not complete the 9th day, I'm starting over again. I exercised about everyday, even if it was walking for 30 mins, and I did Turbo Jam to up the cardio level.
