hey ladies,
well i dont think ive ever posted in this section before but ive read it. i use this site and then dont for a while, but i always come back. i have been trying to get my life together so i havent had time to work out. i'm a full time college student and i got behind due to being sick the first few weeks and not i'm trying to get everything done like getting my apartment cleaned and organized so im not trying to find things for hours. i plan on going to the gym for about an hour a day. more on the days that i have time. i'm thinking about going to this one gym and using their pool since i have free passes and maybe going over there for good. i'm not sure if i'm eating enough calories, but i'm not sure how many i'm supposed to have anyways. well i look forward to getting to know all of you.

. I hope you are feeling better, sorry to hear you were feeling unwell for a few weeks! As for calories, it is a personal choice but it is advised not to eat less than 1200 a day. Having said that, many people losing still eat more than that like 1600, 1800 even. So it definitely depends.
