    Thursday and Friday - 40 minute mall walk and three games bowling.
  • Monday: 30 minute walk
  • Tuesday: 30 minute walk
  • Wednesday: 30 minute walk
  • 45 min run
    45 min weight lift...
  • Monday - Three games badminton.

    Tuesday - 40 minute walk and three games bowling.

    Wednesday - 30 minute walk.

    Thursday - 20 minute walk and three games bowling.
  • Tuesday 2/13: 35 minute walk
