Thought I'd give an update.
I was up 2.4 lbs last week due to a really horrible week. My grandmother passed away so not only was their the grief & stress of that but everyone decides to bake for you!! AHHHH!!! Come on as if it isn't bad enough that I've lost a family member you now have to cook really bad for me stuff and then stay to watch me eat it! ARGH!!
OK I'm good now.
So when I found out that I gained 2.4 lbs I went right back on program but harder. I increased my activity (normally achieving 20-24 AP's a week but not eating them). I have now taken up running and this week I went over the 28 AP's! Horray. And it definately shows on the scale. Down 5.2 lbs!!! Holy cr@p!!
Now I'm only 17 lbs from goal! When I started out with 56 lbs to loose I thought it would take forever. But it's only been 3 1/2 months.
Hopefully that's a little motivation to all of you to earn your AP's!!!
