Hi I am on day 4 of phase1 and this morning I woke up with bad nausea and dissz tired feeling the thought of eating anything non carb was unbearable and I caved and had a half of a half so 1/4 I guess of a english muffin with a tiny bit of peanut butter. My question is how bad did I mess up????

I doubt that 1/4 of an English muffin really would mess you up unless it sets off cravings for more. Hang in there!
