Monday 15th - Menu's

  • It seems I am first up today! LOL LOL

    B – 2 eggs, with coffee and cream
    L – tuna salad
    D – don’t know yet, probably mince with a salad

    Snacks – I am going to try to leave the peanuts for this week and drink allot more water.

    cheese, homemade apple sauce w/ a blueberry muffin
