At least this makes me think more than 5 minutes in advance. I have been eating Burger King, McDonalds, KFC, pizza, and a few yogurts lately. I know I can do better than that! School nights were a problem, but this week I found a student cafeteria with a beautiful salad bar and lots of healthy choices, so next week I can have at least 2 healthy dinners!
Friday:
b- Burger King egg, bacon and cheese on a bagel, I throw away 1/2 of the bagel)
l-tuna salad
s- cottage cheese or yogurt
d-defrosting lamb chops, maybe asparagus
(Low Carb means no cake, Cinnabons, mashed potatoes or corn muffins, right? Just checking!)
