I am truly a morning person. I get so much done before I head out the door to work! I've already done my workout, fixed breakfasts and lunches, done some laundry and I still have half an hour before I have to leave. I absolutely HATE running around because we're going to be late. Sleeping in for me is getting up at 6:00 (my alarm is set for 4:40, but I always wake up before it goes off).
On the other hand, don't ask me to do anything after work. Sure, I fix dinner, but I hate running any errands or doing any work of any kind. Evenings are for relaxing!
So, you need to decide what kind of person you are and then decide when is the best time to exercise.
