Smashers Weekly Weigh Ins: 1/8-1/14

  • Wednesday morning (Day 10, Phase 1) the scale and I have a reckoning!

    I swear hiding that &*^% scale was the best thing I could've done! All other diets I was weighing twice a day or more. This time, my attitude is more long term. Have I finally made the LIFESTYLE CHANGE? They say 21 days in a row makes a new habit...I will let you know Jan 22!

  • Weighing in at 155.5. Phase 1 Day 1. Starting over again. Good news is I only gained 5 pounds since I went off program in October. (Glad the holidays are over)
  • A 5 lb gain will be easy to overcome. I gained that much during the holidays. I, too am glad they are over.

  • I just started the program today, weighing in at 151.5 lbs. So far so good - it hasn't been too bad.
    Congrats to all who are finishing phase 1. It's quite an accomplishment.
    I'm probably going to need some suggestions as the week wears on.
  • End of Phase 1...down 8 lbs!!! I am so excited and happy that this is a "diet" that didn't drive me bonkers!!! I didn't even exercise, so I am kinda kicking myself because I know it could be more if I worked the exercise part harder. I am going to stay on Phase 1 with the addition of meat a couple times a week.

    i stopped smashing right before the holidays and stopped excercising, I was bad im not exactly back with a vengence im kinda easing myself into phase two and skipping detox, but im back to the gym

    i havnt weighed myself and im not going to till the 19th i really dont want to know the damage

    Good to see you back. I fell off the wagon during the holidays. It took a while for me to get back to losing again. Good job getting back to the gym.
