  • Never got a chance to finish posting last week's exercise, left off with Wednesday's...
    Last Thursday- Walk n Jog(equals 2.5 miles in less than 30 min)
    Saturday- Walk Strong(cardio/strength)
    Sunday- 5 mile advanced(Leslie Sansone)


    Alright, this week...

    Monday- Ramp it up(40 min strength/cardio)
  • Morning - Went to mall and walked for 40 minutes - 4 laps.

    After walk went to community centre and had two games of badminton.
  • Tuesday: 35 minute walk around the neighborhood with Laura and Kaeleb.
  • Tuesday
    I finally got off my duff an exercised...yeah! Stormy and I did the Leslie Sansone Walk away the pounds brisk walk 2 mile video. It seemed kinda easy but that is a good thing. We both feel motivated and eager for our next workout.

  • Went bowling this morning and had three games.

    This evening had four games of badminton.
  • Morning - 40 minute walk at the mall - approx 2-2 1/2 miles.
  • Wednesday- 3 mile WATP
    Thursday- Walk Strong(30 min cardio and strength intervals)
  • Howdy
    WTG everyone for getting in your exercise. I think it makes a huge difference in how we feel. Stormy and I did the 2 mile tape again yesterday. I don't if it is because we put more into it or what but it was a much more intense workout than the day before, still not hard but not a push-over either. My hips are screaming. I think it is because of the leg lifts.

  • This morning I went for 30 minute walk at the mall and later 20 minute walk to the store.

    Also went bowling this morning for three games.

    Good evening. I took it easy today and just walked a little over a mile.

  • Went for my mall walk this morning - 3 laps/30 minutes. Then I went bowling and bowled three games.
  • Saturday: 40 minute walk in the 70 degree weather...gorgeous!
