  • I have never popsted on the menu threads before, but I think i will start sothat i can actually see what I'm eating. if anyone ever notices anything wrong, please speak up! I have to figure out what isn't working for me.

    coffee 1 T 1/2 and 1/2
    2 egg omelette with 1/2 oz mozzarella
    16 oz bottle water

    Why are you using 1/2 & 1/2 and not heavy cream??

  • KIm, I knew you'd catch me on that! lol! well, didn't have any heavy cream and once i substitued the half and half I just couldn't get myself to go back. I think it's only 1 carb per 2T and I DO measure it!

  • I can't believe it....I skipped breakfast I've never been NOT hungry this early in Atkins (it's only the first day of induction!). Well, gotta make sure I eat at least SOMETHING so that I've got something to burn (fuel).
