Oooh I get the whole down-chuck thing with too much fat, fatty hot milk (I think I have a couple of problems with lactose....) and refined carbs - should make for a healthy skinny Frus you'd think!
I found immodium was good, and also for those who are thinking IBS, those "friendly bacteria" drinks are supposed to be good too. I used to drink one of those a day and it helped.
