well. i thought i should re-introduce myself. i've been here many times before. ah the joys of losing and gaining and re-gaining. i was is TOPS and had a lot of success with it, losing about 45 pounds and getting to my lowest weight of 139 pounds. but, i moved and the TOPS where i now live is not as supposrtive and just didn't feel like the right place to be. so i tried to go it alone and of course, gained. and gained. and gained. first i went to 150 and stayed hovering around there for 2 years, but in the last 6 months i've gained 30 more pounds due to stress and poor eating. so here i am at 180, not the highest i've been, but still very dissapointing for me. so i'm back to the forums hoping to find the inspiration and support that i've been missing, i know from experience that this is a great place to be and i can't wait to start making connections again! i'm a 27 year old working mother of 2, i love art music and film, and since 27 is my favorite number i know this is going to be a great year for me! haha. well i hope to be posting a lot and getting to know some new people.

I completely understand how you are feeling. I also have gained back some weight and know how disappointing it feels after working so hard to lose it. But the good news is that atleast you have realized it and have decided to do something about it at this point. It's never too late for a new beginning! <
