thanks for all the support on the starving issue! iam no longer starving iam drinking more water , its helping !!! i cheated and got on the scale yesterday (i needed a pick me up) iv lost 6 lbs THATS CRAZY !!!!! my legs hurt so bad from my arobics video i can hardly lower myself down to the toilet w/o screaming!!!

i feel GREAT

I was sooo good all weekend until last night . i went to sushi with friends i only ate the soy beans but i drank a large saki all by myself.
