Hi and welcome!

The plan is £66 a week. For that you get all your meals for the week and a group counselling session. You commit to doing 100 days, or just over 3 months.

It's fairly pricey. It's really up to you!

Hi Odnia,

I have just completed my 100 day and lost 4 stone. I am now in route to management where you slowly re-introduce food groups and come off the packs.

Its expensive but worth every single penny in my books

Thanks for your replies and well done bigbird!!!

Lighterlife sounds great...a little too expensive for me this side of christmas.

I've just found out that my local leisure centre offer weight management classes combined with an exercise class all for £2.65 per week, so I think I will give that a go instead.

Wish me luck...
