First I made over 15 pies, and 36 tarts today., didn't even lick my fingers! Then tonight I was invited to a Pampered Chef party, where you eat, they had a veggies pizza (okay the topping I can have not the crust so I passed) and a cranberry apple crisp, which I passed up as well, I had a coffee!
It was hard, but I made it to the finish line, strong and in control!
I must say I almost, almost ate one of the butter tarts, but I smelled and told myself it was not worth it, and rewarded myself with an excellend Rib steak for supper , which I bbq myself. Yeah me.
Just wanted to share what you can overcome if you really want to!
Done bragging, now am going to exercise on my Trampoline and watch The West Wing!
I will be thinking of your success on Oct 5th, when I will be attending a PC party. I enjoy them and know they are not locarb thinkers. I love learning about the latest Kitchen gadget.

I'm fairly new to this, but I can tell you from personal experience, this way of eating has made it much easier for me to not eat out of stress. I mean, most of you know my dh moved out on Tues. and any other time I'd be cleaning out the freezer with my mouth
