Hey everyone!
I'm new here, to this forum at least, not to this site! I've been trying to lose about 15-20 Lb's in the past 9 months, and so far have only lost 4 Lb's. I've been calorie counting but haven't been too successful with it at all. I always seem to forget to write things down or look it up!

Terrible I know!
My Exercise consists of walking about an hour 5 times a week, and resistance training with ball and bands at home about 2-3 times a week. Not really following any routine or anything, I seem to get bored really easy with them, so while I watch TV, I kind of "play"....

Not sure if it's effective.
I have obstacles...low self confidence, self esteem, and a non-supportive spouse. It's been a challenge. I have nobody to keep me accountable if I fall off the wagon, or push me when I don't feel like doing anything. It's time to kick my butt in gear!
