Default I'm coming back!

Hi ladies!

I apologize for having deserted all of you a few months ago! Somehow, I fell off the wagon, got fed up with my weight loss & frustration, and you know the rest.

The result is I've gained weight during the summer. I've gained about 15 pounds. I put some pounds on. Didn't lose it immediately. Put some more on and here I am today having to lose all those same pounds again. But I'm not giving up. I'm ready to get control of my eating habits again and my life. Energy is a constant problem for me and I know working out makes it worse. Therefore, I'm not planning on exercising at the exception of the 8MM for a little while and line dancing once a week. I'm taking some multivitamins everyday and I'm hoping I will be getting enough energy to start some form of exercise later on. But if I was able to lose a lot of weight with only my 8MM in the past, I don't see why I can't lose it again.

So here I am again!

Hi Francine! Welcome back!! I think we've all gone that route at some point or another. Better to jump back on plan up 15 lbs instead of waiting til its 25, right??!!

Anyhow, I seem to have found some motivation - FINALLY! I am down 8 lbs so far. that is better than any of my other attempts to date. AND I am still motivated and sticking to it.

Vicki jump right in, the water is fine! Speaking of which, start pushing the water this week, even if you aren't ready to committ to the food and all. Baby steps if you have to, but get back on plan! The holidays will be here before we know it and then the New Year. Imagine being 10 lbs down BEFORE that happens?! Come on, you can do it!

I am down to 182, I would LOVE to hit 180 by Wed, but I know it will be a stretch for me. Regardless, I'm gonna try. Wed will be the 6 week mark and I wanted to be down 10 lbs at that point.... Then maybe I can drop another 10 lbs before Christmas???!!!

I'll check back mid week and let you know how I did....,
Sharon

Thank you ladies! I admit that it will be hard to get back completely on board but I'm commited to give it all I've got! There is no way, I will let myself continue to gain all the weight I've lost! I've worked too hard to get where I am today.

Congrats on your weight loss so far! You're doing great! Will log my progress next Monday. I would like to see a loss of 1 pound at the very least!

Have a nice day!
