Hi everybody! (That always reminds me of the Simpsons

). I've been working out 4-5 days a week and watching what I eat (pseudo WW Flex Points - keeping Points in mind but not actually writing it down) since June, and I am just not getting the results I want (started at 215, currently 207, so that's only 8 lbs in 4 months! and the whole Month 4 was only a 1 lb loss), so I am thinking of trying Fat Smash to shake things up.
I got the book and finished it last night. Here's my situation: I will be in Mississippi working w/ rebuilding homes Nov 4-11 (my second trip). If I start FS by this weekend, I would have enough time to get thru Phases 1 and 2. Down in MS, they provide our meals for us, and we basically have no input (I can ask them for a salad if one doesn't come w/ the meal, but that's about it). We pretty much are going from morning to night, so it would be a big struggle (ie pain in the butt!) to try and take my own food w/ me. So, what would you do:
1) Do Ph 1 & 2 and start 3 when I get back home
2) Do Ph 1 & 2 and start over w/ 1 when I get back
3) Just wait until I get back to start and just try to stick better to WW?
