Default Yummy Apple Bake, Phase 1

I made this for 2 people, so I used both our splenda and oatmeal allotment so plan accordingly!

1 cup oatmeal
1 apple, cored and sliced
cinnamon to taste
splenda (I did to taste but did not go over our combined allotment)
I can't believe it's not butter spray -- 2 servings worth

Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes, dependent upon the thickness of your apple slices.

Smile Fat Smash Diet

I just started, feel good. It must be water weight or something because I have not even worked out the recommended amount of time but I have lost 5 pounds in 3 days so far. I will start the cardio today as recommended too.

Default Question about Yummy Apple Bake

This sounds yummy, and I am always grateful for breakfast ideas. I am not clear, am I too cook the oatmeal before adding the apples and then baking?

Thank you!

I'm gonna say yes, because I remember I tried to make this with dry oatmeal like six months ago and it didn't seem right.
