Default Hi everybody!

Just thought I'd drop a line and let ya'll know I am here too
I'm Danking, and I started phase 1 today. I am very excited about changing my eating habits and becoming more healthy and slimmer at the same time. This diet seems to be awesome!
I have never been a big fruit eater, but I love veggies - I had actually forgotten how good some fruits taste until today
I am a bit "bummed" about not being able to drink my coffee in the AM, but I can do without it for 9 days!
I am so happy about finding this forum, and I lok fwd to getting to know you and smash some fat with you guys

Take care,
Danking.

Hi Danking,

Best of luck to you on this plan. It really seems that most on these boards who have given it a shot have been pleasantly surprised at the great results, myself included. I also am learning to like fruits again, and getting adventurous with new fruits like mangos, etc. Keep us posted on your progress & we are all here if you need a boost!!!!

Default I really want my coffee!

Thanks for your words, Shorechick. I will definetly keep you all informed on how I'm doing. I find it very encouraging to read about the others that are doing this and their experiences also!
Last night I started getting a headache, not really bad, but an annoying headache that would not go away. I woke up a couple of times in the middle of the night to use the bathroom ( all the water I'm drinking I suppose?? ) and it was still there. I think maybe I'm experiencing somekind of withdrawal not being able to drink coffee?? I got up this AM, and it is still there, but not like it was yesterday.
I drank tea for breakfast yesterday, but I had the sensation that the tea made me feel hungry! So I am not doing that today...

Have a good day everyone and let's keep smashing!

I was not much of a coffee drinker to begin with,so fortunately I did not have to deal with the headaches. But many that have posted have said the same thing-they also said it gets better with time. Hope yours go away quickly!
