WHy do I blow such a good day
ya know it may not be sonoma but I still believe in a little indulging every now and then. You've been doing so well so I don't think you should beat yourself up over a couple goodies.
You should purposely buy yourself some treats that you feel are acceptable. I have a bag of dark choclate mint cups that run 50 cal each and a box of WW ice cream bars. I don't eat either of these every day but when I want something yummy they sure hit the spot. Also I'd rather have the occassional real treat than some funky splenda treat every day.
Thanks Batmomm and very good advice!!!! I bought some of those Hershey dark chocolate sticks at 60 calories apiece and they are really good, but I keep forgetting they are up there.

down another .5 lb!! guess this writing it down stuff really holds you accountable to being more truthful. I think there were a lot of little pitfalls in my eating before that I overlooked...
