Well, I'm only down 1 pound but that's better than up 1 pound. I guess no exercise for 4 days and driving for 2 of them doesn't do much good. Also, day 2 of TOM- lots of excuses here. At least I resisted eating comfort food while glued to the TV yesterday.

Hi all I'm glad I found this site. I started SB July 1, 2001. I was at 264 lbs and since then I have lost 34 lbs and still losing and love this way of eating. I'm feel so much healthier. I lost the last 5 lbs in the last 7 days.
