I searched back as far as April but didn't find any threads on this subject. I would like some ideas on where y'all are going when you go to a Restaurant.

I have gone to Fuddruckers (For all you St. Louis members, I know you have one too!) because it just opened here in Des Moines. I bring 2 slices of Whole Wheat bread with me and use that instead of their buns. btw, my wife has Congestive Heart Failure and is on a restricted sodium diet, so we have found we can order their burgers without seasoning. If you don't know about Fuddruckers, they have a condiments bar where you can add all sorts of things to your burger, like chopped lettuce, onions etc. I always make a salad on my tray from the condiment bar. Top it with the honey mustard and you have a nice salad!

Any other Restaurant ideas out there?

Panneras is a great one - greek salad is great and so are the sandwiches!!

DH works at Chili's so we eat there a lot. I either get the portobello fajitas or a big salad with griled chicken or steak.

A lot of places you can eat kinda Sonoma friendly. But also sometimes when we eat out I will splurge a bit...

If I'm worried about calories I go to Applebees. If I know I'm going somewhere else I google their menu calorie count so I can figure out what to order.
