Default Discouraged in Dallas

I'm starting to get discouraged about WW all over again. I do really well for about the 1st 5 weeks, losing consistently and feeling pretty good, and then it starts. I find myself munching on stuff even when I'm not hungry and even though I'm staying within my points targets I start to gain weight. Last week I was up 1 lb. and I'm hoping that is simply because of the lovely lady friend that comes to visit every month.

I just recently dropped below the next level and lost 2 points so I'm battling with that - can't seem to get my mind to realize it's only 2 points!

What can I do to stay on track? Help!

Thumbs up I completely understand

When I get discouraged, I usually either completely switch my menu up by trying new recipes or going back to what I was eating when I was doing well. I guess it helps if you keep journals I don't know if you have an exercise plan but I would either start a consistent one or step up my old one. The worst part about getting discouraged is not letting that overtake everything. I used to want to just give up if I had one bad week but I know if I stick to my WW plan it will be okay. I hope you figure out what works for you and have a better week!

Hang in there! If you've been on the WW plan for 5 weeks already, then you've made an excellent start! Which plan are you doing? Maybe switch to the opposite plan - flex or core - and see how that goes. I would think that it'll all feel different, but you're still following the steps! Keep your chin up, and best of luck to you!
