This is an excellent lifestyle but not a FAST diet, about 2 lbs. a week. It has worked really well for a lot of our members.
Read the book and start drinking more water and trying to get on the every 3 hour schedule, eat within one hour of waking and start with that eating time.
That was hard for me for some reason.....now I know when 3 hrs. are up. If you get up at 7 start then, next day if it's 8 start then, each day is set with the time you get up.
