hi guys. i posted a couple of times on this board around the beginning of the year. i've been severely off track for the last couple of months. the past week and a half have been going pretty well since i got back on plan. i'm doing weight watchers and also trying to get in 90 minutes of cardio a day (that's what my trainer wants anyways ). so far so good.

I am in a similar situation to yours--my weight on my tracker is no longer accurate, as I've gained back quite a bit due to being severely off track as well--so we have just about the same current and goal weights The 300+ numbered threads here offer GREAT support...I don't always post there simply because I can't keep up (they often go through 2-3 threads in just a day or 2 since they start a new thread every 30ish posts), but I used to, and they are amazing people. Another great group is to 100lb Club group (people with 100 or more pounds to lose)--another bunch of VERY helpful people.
Anyway, good luck to you, and I hope you find all the help you need here! I'm always available by pm if you'd like to have a buddy (I noticed you live in MD, but I didn't recognize the name of the town, so I'm guessing you're not in the DC area, which is where I am, but it's still cool to see someone kinda near you!).
