Good morning ladies~
Hope everyone is doing well. I'm doing good, I hurt my foot yesterday when I was working out, something popped It's feeling okay today, so I'll go for a walk in a bit.
I just wanted to check real quick. Got to finish laundry and cleaning. Joy. lol

Cathy - I hope your foot is okay!! That laundry just never seems to be "Done" does it?!

I am doing well today. Sticking to plan, pushing the water. It is SOOOOOO hot outside! 97 degrees plus about 95% humidity! YUCK! I am going to hit the treadmill tonight for 30 min., as long as the AC is on!

Afternoon everyone! I'm on my 3rd liter of water today -- I must have been thirsty. I may make 4 of them today.

Phyllis - hope your tooth is better. My husband was eating breakfast this morning and found pieces of one of his on his plate - so he's off to the dentist today too.

At the rate he's going, I'm going to have to tell him I need a refund - he came with too many broken pieces! Although the warranty runs out after the first 120 days of marriage.

Marcie - glad to hear you are liking the new job -- sounds like you are getting your life back together.

Hi Everyone,

Many friends and neighbors have been taking me out to eat. I know their hearts are in the right place, but NOT good for the diet. Oh well, I've pretty much decided that my "eating right days" need to wait until after the surgery & PT.

I went to the doctor's about stopping my anti-depressants. He wants me to wait until after my rehab. The surgeon agreed. I guess that my grieving will have to wait for a few months. I'm sure it will keep.

Luz and I went to see her doctor today. Everything is GOOD!
The cysts were benign and they did not have to take any of her ovaries out.

Tomorrow I have to go to Trenton & try to get my health insurance. They cancelled Donald's on the day he died (I was covered under his policy.) Now, they need to give me a new policy in my name. The hospital won't let me proceed until I get this straightened out. It's always something.

Yes Lynn it is always something. The dentist wants $1500 for a 3 tooth bridge and that is with a dental plan!!!! So I am having the crown glued back on or the tooth pulled and see how that goes.

Would have been nice for the insurance company to give you a grace period. You have enough to do as it is right now. But from experience I know that it is better to keep busy at first and ease in to your new lifestyle.

Glad everything went OK for Luz....that is good news.
