Does anyone rollerblade for exercise anymore? I was watching this show where a man was rollerblading with his dog for exercise. Any pros/cons/suggestions?
I love rollerblading and it is definitely exercise. I go once or twice a week and use walking for the other days. It's a great workout on the hips, butt and thighs. Besides, it's just fun!!!
I rollerblade too and use it as a fun exercise rather than a workout exercise I also use it as a cross training workout to my other workouts which are running, biking and weight training... Some days I do all 4 exercises, I sleep really, really well on those days ... I also swim but not as often as I would like...
