Default Question on the rules for these boards...
Is it permitted to ask about swapping workout DVD's? I have a couple I would like to trade if we are allowed to do that here. I do know another site that does not permit it, but I'm not totally sure why.

We've had problems with this sort of thing in the past, so we had to change the rules not to allow it.
