Default Sunday

Hope today finds everyone in good spirits.The boards are always slow on the weekend.And that is the way it should be.You should be out and about doing something
I did my 30 laps in pool and then 45 minutes of Richard.Knee is hurting some but took some advil in addition to reg meds.Knee would be hurting regardless.I know if I don't exercise I won't lose.So no matter how bad I hate doing it I am going to try to make it a priority.
We are going to the gun range to practice our shooting.Then wander here and there.We may even do some mall walking later.
Just getting out of the house for awhile.
Well I better finish getting ready or hubby will start complaining about me not being ready.

Morning all...

Eleni I am so happy for you that you stick on the exercise thingy. I am so lazy but I try. Today is a beautiful day - bright and sunny and we have the cover off the pool. Hopefully I will get a swim in. It is my daughter's birthday today so I am doing a supper for the whole family. I am bbqing turkey breast. It is skinless and boneless but with marinade and cooking on the spit it comes out so sweet and juicy. I am also making a pasta salad with fresh tortellini so that could be a problem. Her cake is a cheesecake type that she loves and I hate so that will be okay too.

Last night I had a large group of people over for a movie night. A friend of mine taped Mists of Avalon for me. We don't get TNT here on the west coast of Canada so everyone wanted to come see it. It was fun and loads of snacks - I didn't have any.

I have a very sore throat at the moment so eating anything is hard. I am drinking lots of throat tea.

hi everyone, well our grandkids just left.enjoying having to visit us. they are 9 and 12.have alot of jeans to hem this week. lol
well tomorrow nite i will see if i am a kop or not.not going to get upset if it takes another week.had hamburg and salad and jello for supper.
beautiful weather here to-day in nova scotia. will check in tomorrow nite and let you know how i do. top hugs jinky

Good afternoon everyone.
Just got back from our canoe trip, everything went well, overdid it on the food thing, and the party part. Might have a gain this week. Didn't get my water in either. Not much more going on here. My husband and I are both motivated for next years canoe trip. We were about the heaviest canoers, which slowed us way down. Most of the couples went down the river farely easy. It was harder for us to flow through. So next year we want to show them big time, Mainly for ourselves.

Eleni- you can do this, Great on the exercise thing.
Jinky- you can do the 1/2 pound. Bump up the water until then. You can do it. Ps. congrats.
We will all get there some day.

All other losers, and friends. Hang in there we can beat this weight issue. I know we can.

Default Cabbage Soup

HI All,

Weigh in is TUesday and its time for cabbage soup...Of course I add a few ounces of ground turkey and its delicious....But it's virtually fat free and low cal ,so >"Taste the Soup".

Has anyone seen the new Walk Off The Pounds by that skinny lady... Its only 39.99 and you can do it at home....

Glad eveyone is so energetic , should make for a great weigh in week...>I'm sweating it.....But I wont give up...
