Just a quick hello.Tonight is weigh in and once again it is not going to be pretty.I have been in the dumps for no particular reason and we all know what happens.Food!!!!!
Sherri will be at my meeting tonight.That will be nice.But would you believe I lost the charm she gave me months ago.I have worm it on my bracelet for a long time and when I went to get ready for work it was gone.Bummer.If anyone wants me to tell her anything let me know.I will check here and my e-mail before I go to TOPS
Ok Today is a new day.I really get tired of new days some times.It just seems like I can't win.
But I am so happy for those of you that are doing so good.You should be very proud.

Now I dont want to see you downing yourself anymore girl!! You are a winner in my book and you WILL beat this thing! First things first though, You have to be ready... So when you get ready I know you have what it takes! Just take it one day at a time and know that not everyday is gonna be perfect..But that you can make the next one better by learning from the mistakes made the day before

Tell Sherri a BIG HI AND HOWDY for me and give her a big ol hug too...I sure wish I was there with you guys!!! Oh Ok I guess I better not cry and just start saving my pennies right??? LOL

Youre not alone when you feel down in the dumps....Us gals dont even need a reason to go there. Seems like I have a lot of them days.
One thing for sure though we have just the support to pick us up and get us moving again....Every time I go to a TOPS meeting or pop in here it makes me try again.....
And just think , you are helping us by posting....I like seeing
familiar names ...So thanks for being here...

I am glad to report a 1.75 pound loss tonight I think the menu planning is making a huge difference!! I am sticking to what I write down and I know that is helping....they also asked each of us to name our favorite healthy foods and then our motivations... I told them that you guys were one of my biggest sources of encouragement and that you keep pushing me in the right direction It sure feels good to get to come on here and know someone truly cares about how my day is going
