Default Need Vegetarian/vegan buddies!

Hi, I am new here and dont know where and how to start the goal of losing my 37 pounds? I am a vegan/vegetarian and would like to share any ideas/plans from buddies with similar goals.

I did lose nearly 35 pounds some 3 years back with a diet plan similar to cabbage soup diet and it worked wonders for me and my friends. but then I put on my weight after i got married, moved to a new country..new job etc! '

But I have started running 15 min a day for atleast 4 days a week and have stopped all sugar and sweet food. I try to eat only fat free, sugar free foods but still unable to shed.

so I have thought of being strict with myself and get to the power body again.
I try to keep myself motivated and happy

Hi there! I'm vegetarian in that I don't eat meat. But I do eat dairy.
I do Billy Blanks BootCamp and I jog 20 min 3 days a week with the Couch to 5k site. I also love lifting weights-I do that 4 days a week. I also started the Men's Health Abs Diet about a month ago and have had tremendous success with it.
Don't forget--fat free,sugar free does NOT equal all you can eat.

I'm lacto-vegetarian. I'll eat fruits,veggies,milk,eggs-just no meat or poultry.

Same here. all fruits,veggies, milk,beans etc. No fish, chicken or meat! (I dont eat eggs just because i dont like tyhem..but they ok sometimes)
