Default Time to re-start
I have been basically absent from excercise, eathing healthy and posting all month. Today is the day I get back in gear towards reaching my goal.

Me too!

I was good the last couple weeks, still exercised and ate good for the most part but then I would blow it at dinner. Have ice cream, cake, brownies, chips, etc. So I only half went off but today is it, I have to smarten up! I see you and I started at the same, are about the same now, and have ALMOST the same goal. Kinda cool

I have fallen off the wagon several times, but I started the day after Christmas with WW online. I have since stopped my subscription about a month ago and am having a hard time getting motivated.

Part of it is I haven't stayed connected to others losing weight which always keeps me motivated.
