Angry Thanks Peach!

B - 3 decaf - 1 leftover Italian sausage

L - 2 weinie cheese wraps w/mustard
1 D Sprite

D - small salad-ham slice - steam cabbage w/onions & carrots

64 oz of water so far.

Struggling a little bit today. Don't really have a taste for anything or feel hungry....just have a case of nibbles I guess. But I haven't given in yet.

I just posted on the thread that you deleted!!!!!

Janice, you deserve a crown for what you were able to resist yesterday. I would have broken out in the heebie jeebie sweats! So, today if you are struggling with the nibbles just do the "homecoming queen" wave and touch your hand to your tiara and hopefully it will pass!!!

YOU can do it!

Unhappy Is that what happened?

I had replied but evidently hit "New Thread" ...didn't realize it...tried to delete it, came back and saw a post from you (didn't read it, just figured I had somehow put it at the right place!) Went back to the main and there it was again!

Gee, can you tell I'm having one of those blonde days?

I fought the desire to nibble with scrubbing my floors and WHITE wookwork! Hope I make it thru dinner without overloading!

J~~thinking maybe a BIG salad before dinner! Tho I might enjoy a little patio drink more!

My menu for today:

B - 3 slices bacon
S - decaff coffee w/cream, Sweet & Low
L - diced chicken breast mixed w/celery, bacon bits, hb egg, ranch dressing
D - hamburger, mustard, salad

84 oz water so far, will try for 20 more

Don't you just hate munchy days, MamaJ? I usually have a snack pack of s/f jello. For some reason they really fill me up so I'm too full to want to eat anything else. Decaff coffee is good for that too. It fills me up & the sweetness satisfies me.

Here's me today

L: 1 cup macaroni and cheese and hot dogs
D: sauteed Korean beef and 1 cup of rice

Lots of water all day--not too bad becasue it sure could have been a lot worse!

Smile Wednesday! Half way thru

b-sausage and eggs
l-1/2 c. cottage cheese, chicken salad
s-1 oz cashews
d-salad, green beans, lamb chop

water and crystal light lemonade

feel pretty good, I think I'm drinking tons more 'cause it's hot, and I'm not so hungry at night either. Having a sugar free ice pop sometimes and that helps.
