Welcome to the boards. The book has a section on certain brands that are acceptable on the plan. She recommends the Spa line of lean Cuisines, not all of them. Do check that section out before you buy any prepared meals. bread isn't a problem on Sonoma as it isn't a low carb plan, but you do need to be mindful of the types of graines you eat. Whole grains such as bulgur wheat, barley, quinoa, brown rice, whole wheat pasta etc are what is recommended.
Dessert on Sonoma, once you get past Wave 1 is primarily fruit. I eat an occasional piece of dark chocolate or micro wave popcorn. Ice cream, cookies, pudding.. etc are very rare occurances these days. If you can find a premade meal with fruit, that would be fine but chances are the stuff you'd get premade would have a lot of sugar.
