Default Weird exercise phenomenon!!
So today I went to the gym for some good cardio and strength training (go ME!! ). When I changed back into my work sandals, they were WAYYY too big!

Do your feet SHRINK after exercise??

No....but maybe the compression of shoes and socks is making them a tad bit smaller.

the exersize should have made your feet larger because the pounding feet take durring exersize causes them to swell.

When I exercise my shoes do fit better. Drinking alot of water seems to help with this as well. Have you been chugging the water??

If your feet were swollen and you did alot of sweating you could have lost the water making them seem to big.

Yep, I have been chuggin' the water! Min 64 oz, but almost every day a whole lot more than that!

Hey, it's Florida!! The only time I wear close toed shoes is at the gym!!
