Default HELP me! bride to be!!

Hey ya'll! i've really enjoyed reading all of your supportive post and messages. I could really use some help myself... I'm getting married on June 3and we're going to Jamacia for our honeymoon. I was about 20 lbs lighter last year, but after starting nursing school I've gained it all back. I had lost the old weight on phentermine, but it's totally unhealthy and I need a feasible life style change. I started the SBD on tuesday and I messed up a little today without even thinking about it, but i'm not giving up. I'm gonna start running cus i know that really helps the pounds fall off. Has anyone lost about 20 pounds as quick as i'm hoping to? Any suggestions? thanks!

I have lost 15 in 4 weeks doing ww. and I don't exercize. I am sure if I was running or doing something it would help. but with 3 small children and bad knees I don't have the time or the pain controll to get it done.

I am sure you can do it. good luck and congrats on the upcoming wedding!

If 20 pounds is all you need to lose to reach your goal weight then I don't think it is very realistic to expect to you lose that much in one month. That seems a bit too quickly to be healthy.

Perhaps adding toning exercise would help you to look trimmer while doing a strict phase 1 for two weeks will maximize your loss. Make sure you get your 4 1/2 cups of veggies and that you are eating enough so that your body doesn't go into starvation mode.
